Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
Information typed into a third-party search tool is sent to that provider under its own privacy terms. Calhoun County Warrant Records does not receive or store the full query unless the provider separately discloses that sharing.
Messages and Contact Submissions
If you send a message through an available contact method, we may retain the address, name, and text you supply long enough to process the communication and meet legitimate recordkeeping needs. Do not send Social Security numbers, passwords, financial account data, or confidential case material.
Data We Gather Automatically
Like most sites, hosting and analytics systems may log technical details when a page loads. Those details can include an IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages visited, date and time, approximate region, and error or performance data. This information helps operate, secure, and understand the service. It is not used to build a Calhoun County warrant file about a visitor.
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies and similar technologies may remember settings, measure traffic, prevent abuse, or support advertising. Browser controls can block or delete cookies, though parts of a service may work differently afterward. Third-party analytics and advertising vendors apply their own policies.
What We Do With This Data
Collected data may be used to keep the site functioning, protect against misuse, diagnose errors, measure page performance, understand broad usage patterns, administer partner relationships, comply with law, and respond to valid requests. We do not use visitor data to decide credit, employment, housing, insurance, or any other eligibility matter.
No Warrant Data on File
This site does not host, maintain, compile, or sell a database of personal warrants or Calhoun County warrant records. It publishes general routing information for the Calhoun County Circuit Court, district and Hampton city contacts, Search ARCourts, and the Calhoun County Sheriff's Office. Visitor data is not assembled into a consumer report or a record about another person.
Third-Party Search Partners
Search boxes on content pages may be supplied by outside companies. A provider can collect the search terms and technical information submitted to its service, set a price, and return its own results. Review that provider's terms and privacy policy before use. We may receive a referral fee after a paid signup, but do not control the provider's data or warrant accuracy.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to Arkansas agencies, courts, Calhoun County resources, Hampton pages, or other independent sites. Each destination controls its own content, security, retention, and privacy practices. A link does not make the destination part of this site or place its practices under our control.
Who Might See Your Data
Information may be handled by vendors that provide hosting, analytics, security, advertising, or technical support. It may also be disclosed when required by law, needed to protect rights or safety, or involved in a business transfer. Service providers receive only the access reasonably needed for their role and remain subject to their own duties.
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to reduce loss, misuse, alteration, and unauthorized access. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Visitors should avoid sending sensitive identifiers or confidential warrant and case details.
Users Under 18
This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek personal information from anyone under 18. A parent or guardian who believes a minor submitted information may use the listed site contact route to request review.
Your Data Rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may ask to know, access, correct, or delete personal information connected to you, or object to certain processing. Identity verification may be required before a request is completed. Arkansas consumer-protection law may apply to particular practices. The Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, A.C.A. ยง25-19-105 and related provisions, governs access to qualifying government records, but it does not turn this private site into a government custodian.
